This apartment exceeded our expectations - beautifully furnished, spacious, and comfortable for all 11 of us. the host was kind and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us. Great location near Metro stations, restaurants, and stores. Clear directions and easy check-in and check-out process. Optional fans, room darkening shades, and outdoor space were added bonuses.

The location of this property was ideal for a solo traveler like me, with easy access to the metro and major attractions. the facilities were beautiful, and I especially loved the back deck. Checking in was a breeze, and the property owners provided a great guide and were excellent with communication. the spacious unit had comfortable beds and the rooms had room darkening shades. I felt very secure and appreciated the easy check-out procedures.

The apartment was very spacious, with plenty of room for our large group. It had four bedrooms with five comfortable beds, which was perfect for us. The kitchen was well-equipped with lots of appliances and utensils, making it easy for us to cook our own meals. One of the best aspects was the convenient location, with lots of restaurants, bars, and a supermarket nearby. It was also great having parking available within a short walk.

The cleanliness of the apartment could have been better, as we found a moulded bread in one of the cupboards. Additionally, the poor isolation was a downside, as we could hear the people in the apartment below us walking around.

We stayed at Mtlvacationrentals - The Fabfour and had a great experience. The apartment was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The communication with the property owners was excellent and the check-in process was easy. We also appreciated the secure feeling of the apartment and the option to use fans in the rooms. we would highly recommend Mtlvacationrentals - The Fabfour for a large group looking to explore Montreal.

One drawback was that the cleanliness could have been better, as we found some molded bread in a cupboard. Another slight inconvenience was the two flights of stairs to go up with our suitcases.

The internet was slow and not suitable for smartphone use. the bunk bed room was not able to comfortably accommodate four people as advertised.
